Partnering for Purpose, Progress, and Independence

Welcome to All Bright Futures OT! Whether you’re seeking support for a specific area of concern or a comprehensive evaluation across multiple areas of daily life, I am here to meet you where you are—both literally and figuratively.

I provide mobile outpatient occupational therapy services for individuals ages 5 and up, delivered in the comfort of your home or community setting. My approach is collaborative, goal-directed, and tailored to what matters most to you and your family.

Standard Evaluation $250

(1–2 Focus Areas)

A focused evaluation designed to explore one or two key areas of concern—such as sensory processing, fine motor skills, or executive functioning.

This approach is ideal when there's a specific challenge in mind, and you're looking to deepen understanding and explore supportive options. Together, we’ll identify strengths, clarify needs, and collaborate on a plan that fits your priorities.

Comprehensive Evaluation $450

(All Areas of Occupation)

This in-depth evaluation explores all relevant domains of daily life, including activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, hygiene), instrumental activities of daily living (e.g., meal prep, money management), play, leisure, work or school participation, social interaction, sensory processing, and executive functioning.

While we may focus on just a few key goals at a time, this comprehensive approach provides a clearer understanding of both current priorities and potential areas of support for the future. You'll receive a detailed report with observations, recommendations, and a collaborative plan tailored to your values and needs.

This is a great fit when you're looking to get the full picture in order to guide meaningful, long-term progress.

Service Frequency & Format: Flexible Support to Fit Your Needs

$150/session- package discounts available upon request

Occupational therapy services can be tailored to the rhythm and needs of your family. After the evaluation, we’ll collaborate to determine a service model that makes the most sense for your goals, availability, and level of support needed. Options may include:

  • Weekly or Biweekly Sessions – Ideal for ongoing skill development, consistent support, and the ability to adjust strategies in real time.

  • Monthly Check-Ins – Helpful for families looking for regular guidance and accountability while working on goals more independently between sessions.

  • Consultative Services – Designed for those seeking professional input, collaboration, or coaching without ongoing direct intervention. This might include environmental or routine recommendations, materials development, or strategy brainstorming.

Please note: Consultative services are not considered billable occupational therapy and will not include CPT codes for insurance reimbursement. A superbill cannot be provided for these sessions. However, they can be a powerful option for families who want flexibility and professional insight without formal intervention.

Coming Soon: Group Offerings- No Evaluation Required

These groups are open to all interested participants—no occupational therapy evaluation is required, and these groups are not considered occupational therapy services.

While the groups are designed and facilitated by a licensed occupational therapist, they are not clinical in nature. Instead, they focus on practicing real-life skills in a supportive, engaging environment.

Participants will benefit from the structure, routines, and intentional design of the sessions, but no individualized assessment, goal-setting, or intervention will occur. This allows for greater accessibility and a fun, low-pressure experience!
